Morning

This is what I woke up to find this morning. I am very tired of seeing little faces in the middle of the night and then having them crawl into bed with me, so I have told them no more. So this is what I get.
Then after they got up I had this conversation with Ryann.
Ryann: Mom I stayed in my bed.
Me: Then why were you on my couch?
Ryann: Can I have a prize?
I started cracking up. She just totally ignored my question. She is such a nut.

More Park City Pictures

Here are the girl's on their beds.

The Gondola ride starts. They are happy now but they have no idea what is about to happen.

And we are off. We had to go all the way to the top of the mountain. This was my view the whole time. They never stopped looking out the window.

And here is the view from the top.

Here is how we all felt by the end of the night. It is blurry but I had to get a picture of it.

Park City Pictures

The girls had so much fun swimming. They both said it was their favorite part of the day, so here are some pictures.

Park City

This last weekend we got to go to Park City for a day for Chris's work. We had to get up early and pack and drive. On the drive as we were talking about what we were going to do Chris named off about 10 things so I knew it was going to be a busy and tiring day.

We finally got there and got checked in. Chris had to run to a meeting so the girls and I (Skyler was at his Dad's) got to search the hotel for the room. When we finally found it we walked in and were suprised, it was a suite!

(And the power went out. Do you think it is a sign that I am not supposed to be blogging? I think it might be. So two days later I am continuing the story.)

We hung out in the room for a bit and then went to walk around. After Chris's meeting we got our stuff out of the car and to the room. Then got ready for lunch. We had to take a gondola ride to the top of a mountain to get to the spot where lunch was being served. The girls loved the ride. They had so much fun looking out the window to see how high we were and to see what was passing under us. They loved it and kept asking to ride it again. After lunch we got to go Geo Caching. Chris learned to use the GPS and we were off. The girls liked hiking around in the mountains but they were done very quickly and ready to ride the gondola again.

Next it was time to go swimming. They had been really excited to do this all day. When we got to the pool we found that it had a section that was only 2 feet deep so Ryann had a great time walking around in the water. Hailey wasn't as brave but did walk around a little bit. They both got to go out deeper with Chris and they didn't want to get out.
We changed and went to the Olympic Park Museum. When we got there we only had 5 min untill they closed so it was a very fast visit. (One day we will have to go again when we have a little more time.)
Then off to the outlet mall for shopping. The girls were so tired by this point (note the picture of Ryann at the bottom) the shopping didn't go all that well, but we did get to buy a few cute clothes for all of us. Then dinner and bed and the day was over yeah. It was a lot of fun but a very long day.

Time to blog again!

I haven't been very good at this blogging thing. I love to read other blogs but haven't een very good at posting on my blog. So Cari has inspired me to do better. I am going to try to post once a week (we will see how it goes). I have a bunch of old pictures so I am also going to try to catch up. Wish me luck.

Ryann turns 3

I know I haven't posted anything for over a month but January was a hard month. Hailey, Ryann and I all got sick with the flu. We each took a week and spent it laying down trying to get better. Once we got better I realized that I had forgotten how to post a picture on the blog, so now that I have learned that (again), I am not good at computer stuff.
Ryann turned 3 at the begining of February. She was so cute all day. She woke up so I started singing Happy Birthday to her as she walked down the stairs. When she got down she immediatly says
Can I have my birthday cake now?
So she spent the rest of the day wanting her cake. We went shopping to buy presents and she got to choose the cake she wanted. By the time we got home she was so tired she fell asleep for a few hours and then the party started. Chris got home and we went out to dinner.

She got so excited when all the waiters sang to her. Then we came home, had cake and ice cream, and opened presents.

She was so cute when she blew out the candles. She reached up to touch the flames but luckily we told her no before she burnt herself.

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a very fun Valentine's day shopping with the kids. Or I should say chasing Ryann around the mall on a Saturday. There were 4 of us trying to keep track of her and it was not easy. Chris bought us all lots of cute clothes. I had to put the girls in their Valentine shirts for Valentine's day so here they are. Skyler wouldn't let me buy him one of these shirts, can you believe it?
